 Begun as a Methodist Episcopal Church in Danville, Pennsylvania, on July 4, 1869, Trinity moved to its present location in 1972. Trinity is a growing Christian community. We believe the Bible is the Word of God…that Jesus Christ is God's only Son, our Lord and Savior…and that the Holy Spirit of God is at work in and through us to reveal God's great love for us. Yes, God loves us and we love God. We believe that worship is at the heart of the Christian life and that our worship must express itself in service to the world that Jesus loves. Thus at Trinity we are Rooted in the Word, Renewed by Worship, Reaching the World.
Trinity supports foreign missionaries as well as local mission projects.
 Trinity Church offers two Sunday morning worship services, Sunday School for all ages, adult and children's choirs, men's and women's groups, a mid-week evening for spiritual encouragement and activities and other programs to assist you in your Christian life. Our church facility offers a large parking lot, a playground and a wood lot with walking trails. As part of our childcare ministry, we offer school age child care, preschool and day care.
Trinity is located in Mahoning Township, one-half mile east of Geisinger Medical Center. Turn left off Bloom Road onto Lombard Avenue (just past M&T Bank). Trinity is three blocks on the right.
